How IKEA Delivery to the Islands Works

Follow these five steps to get your basket to your front door:

Step 1.

Choose your items

Visit the IKEA Streamline portal and choose your products. Your basket shows the total volume of your order (which we'll need for your quote).

Step 2.

Get a shipping quote from Streamline

Before paying for your IKEA order, request a quote from us by emailing getaquote@streamlinegroup.co.uk. Tell us what you're ordering, the total volume and your home address.

Step 3.

Place your IKEA order

If you're happy with your quote, go to your IKEA basket and check out. Enter the postcode AB11 5FG and choose "Selected day delivery". Please note that IKEA charges for delivery to our Aberdeen terminal, and deliveries are weekdays only.

Step 4.

Use Streamline's Aberdeen terminal as your delivery address

Enter your name, then add our delivery address:
c/o Streamline Terminal, Palmerston Quay, Aberdeen, AB11 5FG

Step 5.

Send us your order details

Once you've paid, email us with:

• Your IKEA order number
• The date IKEA will deliver to our terminal
• Your name and contact details
• Your home delivery address
• A list of your items
• Your quote reference

We'll take it from there and arrange delivery straight to your door!
