Mandy Scott {Hermes} to Ian Adam {Streamline}
"Morning Ian,
I hope you are well!
This is so inspiring to see the determination and dedication of you & your teams to meet that final mile delivery, in these adverse weather conditions. I am looking to see if we can adopt this process in some of our challenging areas in Scotland and NE England.
Please pass my sincere thanks to your teams for all of their hard work and efforts to deliver our parcels.
Much appreciated by Hermes and of course our very satisfied customers.
Kind regards
Mandy"
