Home Delivery Instructions - make sure we know where to deliver:
Please complete our indemnity form online to provide us with your delivery preference.
If you are not at home, we can arrange to leave your parcel in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour, unless a customer signature is required.

Parcel Tracking and Delivery Date
Parcel transit times vary by Carrier, and the service which has been requested by the Carrier (economy, next day, priority). As a third party courier, Streamline may not have access to the carrier's own tracking system, so sometimes this information is not accurate. If you are unable to track your parcel directly with the Carrier, please contact our Parcel Service team or call your local depot.
